Because we take great pride in curating each box, we ship exactly what you see on our website. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).

Orders usually take 1-2 days to arrive and are hand delivered.
Last minute gift? We can also accommodate same day delivery if you need a rush order.
Each E&M BOX includes a hand-written, custom-designed note. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We deliver 1-2 days after the order is placed unless otherwise specified. If you need something hand delivered on a specific day, please make sure to include in the notes. We can also accommodate same day delivery if you need a rush order.

Our boxes are hand delivered. Prior to the delivery, we will call the number we have for the recipient to let them know.
